TZVIA BEN RAHAMIM
Tzvia’s yoga journey is a vibrant tapestry of connection, growth, and creativity. Her favorite pose, Prasarita (Wide-Legged Forward Fold), symbolizes her love for grounding and openness, while her refusal to pick a least favorite asana reflects her inclusive and accepting approach to yoga. With a focus on maintaining her daily practice, Tzvia is always striving to deepen her connection to herself and her students.

Her teaching style can best be described as dynamic, invigorating, and sweet. Tzvia combines movement and mindfulness in her classes, guiding students through energizing sequences that leave them feeling both empowered and nurtured. Her sessions are more than just physical practice—they’re an opportunity to explore the deeper layers of self-discovery and strength.

Tzvia’s yoga journey began in the most relatable way: with a friend. That shared moment sparked a lifelong passion for yoga, and now she’s inspiring others to embark on their own journeys. Along the way, she’s overcome countless challenges, transforming obstacles into opportunities for growth and self-awareness—a mindset she instills in her students.

Off the mat, Tzvia’s love for exploration shines through. She dreams of visiting The Maldives, but her heart is also drawn to Egypt’s Sinai Peninsula, a place she describes as serene and magical. Her go-to drink, hot chocolate, reflects her appreciation for the simple, comforting joys of life, while her favorite cartoon, Tom and Jerry, reminds her to find humor and lightness even in the chaos.

A creative at heart, Tzvia finds solace and expression in art and craft, an extension of her deeply reflective and imaginative nature. Her favorite quote, “What if you fly?”, encapsulates her belief in embracing potential and rising above fear. As someone who once dreamed of being a veterinarian, her compassion for all living beings remains at the core of who she is.

If given the chance, Tzvia would love to have a date with the legendary David Bowie, a figure as unique and inspiring as she is. Her spirit animal, a horse, represents freedom, strength, and beauty—all qualities that resonate deeply in her personal and professional life.

Tzvia’s journey is one of continuous exploration—whether it’s through yoga, life’s challenges, or her artistic endeavors. With a dynamic yet heartfelt approach, she encourages everyone she meets to find their own balance, embrace their inner strength, and, most importantly, take the leap and see if they can fly.
