Terms and Conditions

Please read through the terms and conditions thoroughly before booking a class. By booking into a class, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions. 

GENERAL 

  • All classes must be pre-booked via our website or the Momence app.

  • You are advised to seek medical advice from a qualified health practitioner before attending classes or events at Yoga Cave. It is solely your responsibility to inform the teacher/staff if you have any injuries, illnesses, discomfort, or are pregnant before participating in any classes.

  • While we endeavour to deliver all our classes on time and as advertised, classes are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Yoga Cave is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation for classes that are late, changed, or cancelled for any reason.

  • Teachers are subject to change without notice.

  • The front door to the studio will be locked at the scheduled start time for safety and security reasons. Late entry will not be permitted.

  • Yoga Cave teachers reserve the right to refuse entry at any time.

  • Yoga Cave is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings.

  • All participants must check in at reception prior to participating in class.

PURCHASE POLICY

  • All purchases are final. Yoga Cave does not offer refunds or transfers on services or products for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address, or any other reason.

  • All passes and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. 

  • Yoga Cave is not responsible for additional bank fees that you may incur from your bank.

  • The terms and conditions of our third-party biller, Stripe Payments Australia Pty Ltd, form a binding component of all purchases. This can be requested by emailing info@yogacave.com.au.

  • Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in cost and benefits.

 

CLASS CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

  • Class cancellation must be made online or via the Momence mobile app. Cancellation will not be accepted over email, phone, text message, or social media. 

  • Yoga Cave upholds a 2-hour cancellation policy for public classes unless otherwise stated*. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled class start time are considered as late cancellations. $10 late cancellation fees may apply depending on the specific membership terms & conditions.
    *Exception: Please note 6:15 am classes have a 10 hours cancellation policy.

  • No-shows delay the start of the class, affecting our teachers and students. In the event of a missed class, a $15 no-show fee may be charged depending on the specific membership terms & conditions.

  • For workshops or events, Yoga Cave does not offer cancellations, refunds, or transfers for change of mind, injury, illness, or any other reasons.

INTRO OFFER POLICY

  • Introductory offers are only offered to new clients and are limited to one offer per client.

  • Use of the introductory offer is for 21 consecutive days, and cannot be suspended or extended.

  • The start date of this membership is the date of the first booked class.

  • This membership can be used for both in-studio and live-stream classes. Exclude attendance to workshops, retreats, teacher training, and other special events

  • Class cancellation policy: Yoga Cave upholds a 2-hour cancellation policy for classes*. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled class start time are considered as late cancellations.

  • $10 late cancellation fees: Cancellation within 2 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a $10 late cancellation fee.

  • $15 no-show fees: No-shows delay the start of the class, and affect our teachers and students. In the event of a missed class, a $15 no-show fee will be charged.

  • As a gesture of goodwill, we will waive your first late cancellation or no-show within the 21 days period. We strictly do not offer refunds for any subsequent late cancellations or no-show fees charged.

ROOT MEMBERSHIP POLICY

  • $22/week, billed every 28 days / 4 weeks, starting from the purchase date.

  • Minimum of 12 weeks / 3 billing cycles.

  • You will be allocated 4 class credits every 28 days. Class credits can be used for in-studio classes only. Exclude attendance to live-streamed classes, workshops, retreats, teacher training, and other special events.

  • Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the deduction of the class credit used to book the class.

  • $5 failed transaction fees - It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient funds available to cover the weekly direct debit. Should a payment be declined, Yoga Cave reserves the right to process payment at any time to settle any debt owed and apply a $5 transaction fee.

  • Suspension is available up to 8 weeks within a 12 months period. Please submit a suspension request at least 7 business days in advance via https://www.yogacave.com.au/membershipsuspension.

  • Membership can be terminated after 3 billing cycles and with 7 business days' notice. A termination request can be submitted via https://www.yogacave.com.au/membershipcancellation.

  • No refunds for periods when membership is not used.

HEART MEMBERSHIP POLICY

  • $24/week, billed every 28 days / 4 weeks, starting from the purchase date.

  • Minimum of 12 weeks / 3 billing cycles.

  • You will be allocated 8 class credits every 28 days. Class credits can be used for in-studio classes only. Exclude attendance to live-streamed classes, workshops, retreats, teacher training, and other special events.

  • Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the deduction of the class credit used to book the class.

  • $5 Failed Transaction Fees - It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient funds available to cover the weekly direct debit. Should a payment be declined, Yoga Cave reserves the right to process payment at any time to settle any debt owed and apply a $5 transaction fee.

  • Suspension is available up to 8 weeks within a 12 months period. Please submit a suspension request at least 7 business days in advance via https://www.yogacave.com.au/membershipsuspension

CROWN MEMBERSHIP POLICY

  • $45/week, billed every 28 days / 4 weeks, starting from the purchase date.

  • Minimum of 12 weeks / 3 billing cycles.

  • Unlimited in-studio and live-streamed classes. Exclude attendance to workshops, retreats, teacher training, and other special events.

  • 2 free late cancellations per 28 days, subsequent late cancellations will incur $10 cancellation fees each. 

  • $15 No-show fees apply.  

  • $5 Failed Transaction Fees - It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient funds available to cover the weekly direct debit. Should a payment be declined, Yoga Cave reserves the right to process payment at any time to settle any debt owed and apply a $5 transaction fee.

3 MONTHS MEMBERSHIP POLICY

  • $499 billed every 3 months, starting from the purchase date.

  • Unlimited in-studio and live-streamed classes. Exclude attendance to workshops, retreats, teacher training, and other special events.

  • No lock-in contract. Membership renewal can be terminated with 7 business days' notice prior to the upcoming billing date. A termination request can be submitted via https://www.yogacave.com.au/membershipcancellation.

  • Suspension is available up to 8 weeks within a 12 months period. Please submit a suspension request at least 7 business days in advance via https://www.yogacave.com.au/membershipsuspension.

  • 2 free late cancellations every 28 days, subsequent late cancellations will incur $10 cancellation fees each. 

  • $15 No-show fees apply.  

  • $5 Failed Transaction Fees - It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient funds available to cover the weekly direct debit. Should a payment be declined, Yoga Cave reserves the right to process payment at any time to settle any debt owed and apply a $5 transaction fee.

1, 3, 10 & 20 CLASS PASS POLICY

  • Valid for in-studio classes only.

  • Expiry date: 

    • Single Class Pass expires 1 month from the sale date. 

    • 3, 10 and 20 Class Passes expire 12 months from the sale date.

  • Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the deduction of the class credit used to book the class.

  • No refund or suspension.

  • 10 and 20 class passes can be shared with up to 4 nominated friends or family members. 1 and 3 class passes are not sharable.

  • Excludes workshops, retreats, teacher training, or other special events.

10 CLASS PASS (AUTO-REFILL) POLICY

  • Valid for in-studio classes only.

  • Expires 12 months from the purchase date.

  • Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the deduction of the class credit used to book the class.

  • Cancellation for the auto-refill arrangement must be requested via email to info@yogacave.com.au before making the last class bookings and 7 business days' notice. 

  • No refund or suspension.

  • 10 class pass (auto-refill) can be shared with up to 4 nominated friends or family members.

  • Excludes workshops, retreats, teacher training, or other special events.

ONLINE MEMBERSHIP POLICY

  • Online Memberships are $15.90 per week, billed weekly.

  • 2 free late cancellations per 28 days, subsequent late cancellations will incur $10 cancellation fees each. 

  • $15 No-show fees apply.  

  • Suspension: You may suspend membership for up to 8 weeks in any 12 months period. Request for suspension must be submitted with at least 7 business days’ notice via https://www.yogacave.com.au/membershipsuspension

  • Cancellation: You can terminate the direct debit membership at any time with at least 7 business days’ notice via the Membership Cancellation Form here.

  • Memberships cannot be shared or transferred. 

  • $5 Failed Transaction Fees - It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient funds available to cover the weekly direct debit. Should a payment be declined, Yoga Cave reserves the right to process payment at any time to settle any debt owed and apply a $5 transaction fee.

  • All account debts must be settled before cancellation of membership can be finalized, this includes all late cancellation and no-show fees incurred.

  • Yoga Cave will not issue a refund for periods when membership is not used.

UNLIMITED FORTNIGHTLY MEMBERSHIP POLICY 

This membership is no longer available for sale. The following terms & conditions apply for the legacy unlimited fortnightly membership sold prior to 8 August 2023.

  • Unlimited Membership of $35 per week is billed fortnightly for a minimum of 12 weeks (“Initial Term”). After the end of the Initial Term, membership will continue indefinitely, billed fortnightly, until cancellation has been processed.

  • 2 free late cancellations per 14 days, subsequent late cancellations will incur $10 cancellation fees each. 

  • $15 No-show fees apply.

  • $5 Failed Transaction Fees - It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient funds available to cover the weekly direct debit. Should a payment be declined, Yoga Cave reserves the right to process payment at any time to settle any debt owed and apply a $5 transaction fee.

  • Suspension: You may suspend membership for up to 8 weeks in any 12 months period. Request for suspension must be submitted with at least 7 business days’ notice. Request for suspension can be made via https://www.yogacave.com.au/membershipsuspension

  • Termination: You can terminate the membership at any time after the Initial Term with at least 7 business days’ notice. Request for termination can be made via https://www.yogacave.com.au/membershipcancellation. All account debts must be settled before cancellation of membership can be finalized, this includes all late cancellation and no-show fees incurred.

  • Membership includes unlimited attendance to in-studio and live-stream classes. Excludes attendance at workshops, retreats, teacher training, or other special events

  • Memberships cannot be shared or transferred. Anyone found to be sharing their membership will be denied entry and have their membership cancelled.

  • No refunds for periods when membership is not used.

Gift Card Policy

  • The validity period of membership or package applies to a gift card. For example, 10 Class Pass gifts will have an expiry date of 1 year from the date of purchase.

  • Standard monetary gift cards (not associated with a membership or package) are valid for three years, from the date of purchase. For example, $100 gift cards are valid for 3 years. 

  • Gift cards are transferable. It does not need to be claimed by the person it is addressed to.

  • If you wish to make a purchase for an amount that exceeds the remaining card value, you must pay the excess using another payment method.

  • All gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded.

  • Yoga Cave does not accept gift cards purchased from other businesses.

  • Gift Cards may be purchased online (e-Gift card) or in-studio (physical gift card).

These terms and conditions are not negotiable.
