RUCHI ARORA
Ruchi’s yoga journey began eight years ago when she was diagnosed with a herniated disc in her lower spine. This life-altering experience ignited her passion for yoga, inspiring her to heal her body, stabilize her mind, and empower others facing similar challenges. Her favorite pose is Pigeon Pose, a symbol of her resilience and flexibility.
Ruchi specializes in a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, Yin, Prenatal, Postpartum, Chair Yoga, and Kids Yoga. She takes a personalized approach to teaching, tailoring her classes to meet her students’ unique health conditions, experience levels, and goals. For her, yoga is more than a practice—it’s a journey of healing, awareness, and connection.
Having overcome her spine condition, Ruchi has gained deep insight into human anatomy, allowing her to support her students with compassion and expertise. Her favorite mantra, “Live and Let Live,” reflects her philosophy of embracing life with grace and gratitude.
Outside of yoga, Ruchi enjoys the comfort of her home, savoring refreshing coconut water. She dreams of learning salsa dancing and admires the free spirit of birds, symbolizing her aspiration to soar to new heights. Her favorite reads revolve around yoga and anatomy, and her husband is her greatest inspiration and supporter.
Whether she’s guiding a class or pursuing personal growth, Ruchi’s passion for yoga and wellness shines through in all she does, making her an inspiring presence both on and off the mat.
