Isobel's favorite yoga poses are Wild Thing and Dancer's Pose, where she feels most expressive and free. However, she finds Chair Pose to be the most challenging! As a yoga teacher, she focuses on expanding her practice by learning more Sanskrit, delving into sound bowl healing, and cultivating a consistent mantra practice.

She gravitates towards Slow and Yin Yoga or Yang and Yin classes, combining flowing movement with deep nourishment. Her teaching journey began when her mum introduced her to yoga at 18, but she truly fell in love with it later in life. Isobel’s classes are as bubbly and extroverted as she is—woven with affirmations, life experiences, and a mix of fun, flowy, and nourishing elements.

Overcoming the idea that thoughts dictate your life has shaped her into a positive force, using challenges as growth opportunities. Isobel dreams of traveling to tropical destinations that blend relaxation with adventure and enjoys a sweet and tangy mocktail—or even a cocktail—on special occasions.

She cherishes the quote, “Anger is inside of you, it only needs to be triggered. Anger comes from within… letting go of blaming others.” Her favorite book, How to Heal Your Life by Louise Hay, reflects her passion for self-discovery and growth.

Isobel aspired to be a kind human—a goal she embodies every day. Her dream is to deepen her knowledge of sound healing and continue her yoga training.

Her spirit animals are the horse and dolphin, representing freedom, strength, and playfulness. Isobel may not claim a hidden talent, but her authenticity and openness are what make her truly unique.
